Denton County Brewing Company is coming to the Harvest Farmhouse
Harvest announced Denton County Brewing Company as the historic Farmhouse’s new food-and-beverage partner, with an opening planned for fall 2026.
Harvest describes the Farmhouse as an all-day gathering place: coffee and breakfast in the morning, lunch, pizza and locally crafted beverages later in the day, plus entertainment and community programs.

The farm-to-table connection
Harvest says seasonal menus will use produce grown in Harvest whenever possible, along with ingredients from Texas farmers and local producers.
What has not been announced
An exact opening date, construction schedule, operating hours, final menu, prices and event calendar have not been posted.
Key updates
Police service changed east of Harvest Way
District 2 now uses the Denton County Sheriff for regular patrols and non-emergency calls. District 1 still contracts with Northlake Police.
District 1 reviewed a police-cost analysis and future options in August, but no service change or new agreement was approved.

The funded 1.4-mile section from Cleveland-Gibbs Road to Gateway Drive is scheduled for contractor bidding in March 2027.
Bidding selects the contractor. A construction start date and project duration have not been announced.

District 2’s public hearing is September 9 at 6:30 p.m. District 1’s is September 14 at 7:00 p.m. Both are at 1301 Homestead Way.

District 1 concrete repairs
District 1’s annual work on curbs, sidewalks and paving is expected to take about two weeks. Residents can report questions through the district’s Report a Problem form using “Summer Concrete Repairs.”
