Contact the organization that can act
The fastest way to solve a problem is to identify who owns it. The HOA handles private community matters. Your Belmont District handles certain infrastructure, district taxes, and public contracts. Denton County, a school district, Northlake, Argyle, or TxDOT may control other issues.
Include your address, the exact location of the problem, when it began, whether it is recurring, photographs when useful, and the specific action you are requesting. Save the confirmation number, email, or form receipt.

Water, wastewater, and household services
Northlake Utility Billing email: utilitybilling@town.northlake.tx.us. District 2 (generally east of Harvest Way) uses separate offices for drinking water and wastewater, so some questions require two calls.

Roads, drainage, and streetlights
For a problem on a subdivision street, begin with your Belmont District’s Report a Problem form. Include the nearest address or intersection, photographs, and details about the hazard.
FM 407, county roads, and some roads near Harvest have different owners. Use the Roads and Traffic guide when you are not sure which public body controls the location.
Denton County Roads
Use this for: Old Justin Road and other county-maintained roads. Potholes, drainage, damaged signs, or road-maintenance problems.

HOA rules, amenities, and exterior-home approval
Call the Harvest HOA at 817-717-7780 for pools, community amenities, common landscaping, dues, covenants, violation letters, or approval to change the outside of your home.
The Architectural Control Committee, usually called the ACC, reviews exterior-change applications.

For dues, account problems, amenity questions, maintenance requests, violations, or ACC applications, begin with FirstService Residential or the Harvest HOA office so those items reach the management team that handles day-to-day service.
